I held the Saturday session at Lee's Trees in Lily Lake. I had never been there, but decided to contact the owner on the recommendation of a friend. What a great little place it turned out to be! It's located in a beautiful rural area surrounded by farms, just off of route 47. I saw some beautiful trees too, so I definitely recommend it if you want to head a little off the beaten path to get your tree this year!
I set up 3 little areas to use for the sessions. The first area included a blanket to sit on with a chest and presents off to one side. On the chest was a tray with milk, cookies, and a letter to Santa. For the second area I decorated one of the trees with some red and gold bulbs. The third area included my antique barrel chair with gold cushions. I had a lot of fun setting it all up. The only thing that was out of my control was all of the tags that were on the trees. But as you will see, a little photoshopping took care of those ;).
So without further ado, here are some of the resulting photographs!
