Booked mainly on weekday mornings, but weekend mornings may be available. Limited due dates taken each month, book early!
Thank you for considering Mandy Ringe Photography to capture your newborn baby!  Newborn sessions take place within the first month, ideally around two weeks old. Once you book your session I will send you a questionnaire to help with planning. Your baby will be swaddled and cozy for most of the session, and I will capture some unwrapped shots at the end nestled in a fur blanket (3 color options). I will do my best to get your baby to sleep for their photos, but awake shots can be just as adorable. I like to get a bit of both if I can :) I have lots of colors of wraps, headbands, and bonnets available and I will swap between multiple options during the session. Please take some time to go through my Newborn Gallery and check out what to expect from your newborn session here before booking. There are are some types of poses I no longer do, so if you have something specific in mind reach out and ask ahead of time so you aren't disappointed the day of. 

Please know that all session times are approximate!! Some babies need a lot of extra soothing to get to sleep (or at least to the point they aren't crying) and sessions can run longer. Keep this in mind with any plans you may make for after your session. I will keep going longer based on my judgement and experience if I think I can get the baby to cooperate, or end the session early if baby does well and I get all the shots I have planned. Ultimately the baby is in charge and some shots may not work, but I will run any changes in plans by you as the session progresses.

  • 5 fully edited digital images with print release
  • $50 retainer - remaining balance due on or before the day of your session

*Due to time constraints, baby may be awake for photos
**Additional digital files are available for $20 each, or full gallery for $100
*Payment plans available! Prices are subject to change at any time. A booked session has locked in prices and any changes do not apply. Both a contract and retainer are due to reserve your session date/time. Remaining session fee is due at the time of the session. Cash, Paypal, Credit, and Zelle payments accepted. Price includes the digital files as stated in the purchased package (available by digital download - additional edited images may be available for purchase), time spent on location, editing of images, an online selection and print purchasing gallery (available for 1 week), and printing rights to the digital images. An additional fee is due to reactivate a gallery once it expires. Any rescheduling will be done based on availability. Mandy maintains the right to reschedule as needed due to weather, illness, emergency, etc.
